Review on Night Essence of EDN (Envie De Neuf)

Before I come back to KL, my mom gave me this night essence which she said would sooth the pimple at night, which I never thought I would use since I hardly has pimple problem. But this day has come! For I don't know why!!! O.O Pimples are evil... veeeeeeeery evil!! Because whenever I have them, they're just freaking PAINFUL! Zzzzzz~ Alrighty, I'm not gonna talk more and I'm just gonna upload pictures and tadaaaa~ XD

As you can see, the pimple was daaaaaaaaamn huge on the first day!! It was originally really small, I didn't think it was a big deal and thought it will go away in one night, but god knows how the hell it become bigger and bigger and it hurts whenever I touch it with my itchy hand! Well, slowly it became better as time goes by. Of course, by applying that essence.

This is not bad, I guess? As I'm sure nothing is "SUPER" or "GOD LIKE" medicine, so time is surely needed for things to get better. I have a normal skin, so I'm not sure if it suits whoever have a sensitive skin, I would suggest you to consult your skin doctor before trying on the product. :)

Good day!

Step by step simple eye shadow tutorial~

Well, I'm posting this, is not because I'm so good at doing it that I wanna post things on my own, it's only because I really suck at it so I'm posting a picture of step by step of how to draw your simple eye shadow... I'm so bad at it I would just pat one or two colours and that's it... LOL anyways I really suck at matching the colours and things!! XD I wish I could do better... maybe I just need more... practice? o.O

Outing with Miss Mary Ong~

So I haven't been out with this lady, whose my dearest cousin, ever since I got my feet onto this land. she's so freaking lazy to look for me because according to her, I'm staying far away from her (she lives in Kianggeh and I live in Sengkurong, Brunei.). =.= Dude! If you're living in city area like KL or Taiwan you'll know what's the definition of FAR! *Kicks your ass*

Aaaaanyway, so my whatsapp has been so freaking weird since last night till this morning, so I didn't receive Mary's message of "Eh I'm going to pick you up at 1pm!"

SO SUDDENLY, so called my mom to get to me, telling me "Eh I'm going to pick you up now" at about 12:30pm! I was like WTH? and quickly got ready while having my lunch...

Right after picking me up, we went to Bunut Hua Ho instead of having our lunch since I already had mine and Mary was bloated from eating so much snacks while catching a movie with her boyfie. After she got a birthday card for her aunt in KL, we went walking around in the shopping mall until 3pm then went to the Secret Recipe near nearby to have our afternoon tea, it was a quiet afternoon and we talked a lot until 5pm something.

Now that I recall, why didn't we take a picture of us together? Oh wells, till next time then~ XD

Had my Chocolate Indulgence, it's my favourite of all the cakes I guess, Jasmine green tea as my option of tea. Mary said the Chocolate Banana cake was the best, I guess I should give it a try next time~ :D

Mary had her Marble Cheese cake and later own she said "I wanna have something salty" and ordered the Gourmet Pie, which was really, really nice~ Love the soup! ♥ ♥ ♥

So right after we're done with everything on the table, Mary and I were so full we had to sit there for a little while more to digest, then she sent me back home since she needa go dating with her boyfie~ awwwwwwww sweeet~~ ♥

I'm really lazy to finish my blog so I'll just end it here, gotta go get Pudding's milk ready cuz you don't want her to cry in the middle of the night due to the hungriness... =.=

Alrighty people! Hope you have a good day! :D

Outing with Liwen and Siaw Tan

Haven't really been blogging all this while and the first thing I'm gonna blog after so long is... outing with Siaw Tan and Liwen! XD

I have ran out of idea about blogging so as you can see I have been posting just informative stuff, and those are just re-posted from other blogs/ articles as reminders to my self and not really even a proper post... xD

So tonight I went out with Liwen and Siaw Tan, 2 of my dearest friends when I was still in my high school, they still are until now. First, we went to this Italian restaurant which I already forgotten the name and then to the Xinful Cafe to have our after dinner dessert, it was kinda nice... 'cept we're kinda, really full in our stomach...

These are pictures taken at the Italian Cafe and by Liwen's Lomo instant camera~ it's cuuuute I know!! XD

Pictures taken by Siaw Tan's "old-timer" camera... xD nah it's not that old, it's just... it's been reaaaaally long... :O

Well after like I-don't-know-how-long-but-it's-really-long, FINALLY, our food is here!

Siaw Tan's Lamb Loin, it looks nice but it's too hard to bite, according to her :O
The sauce was nice, though~ :D

My Salmon Cutlet, it's okay but I have to admit I really like the sauce they gave me there! It was... Honey mustard, if I'm not mistaken.. :P

Aaaaaaaaand, Liwen's Chicken Steak! According to her it's tooooo spicy!!! Because she ordered pepper sauce... Of course la, miss~~~~ XD

After that, we went to the cafe called the Xinful Cafe to have cakes and desserts, sounds sinful huh? Maybe that's where the name come from.. XD

Red Velvet that Siaw Tan ordered, it's sweet, good for the sweet tooth person~ I love it at the first bite but gets sick after a few more o.O

Liwen ordered this Black Forest, it's not as sweet as Red Velvet, the taste is just right, you won't get too sick and still love it! :D

The................ Banana Ice cream waffle with chocolate sauce ordered by Siaw Tan and Liwen, it's nice but I guess because I already has Red velvet, so the taste wasn't really there, and we were getting reaaaaaaaaally full~! Despite all that, this dish looks really delicious though!

Lastly, we had this... I don't know how to call it in English but it's called the Cong You Bing (蔥油餅), one of my FAVOURITE Taiwanese food! It's damn damn damn damn damn niceeeeee! Man this makes me miss Taiwan sooooooooo much, FOR THE FOOD! XD

Riiiiiight, after that we were too full so we stayed and talked a little while before heading home...

Here are the bonus pictures of the night! ;)

13 things you never knew about your weight

http://www.thequotedposts.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/running-to-lose-weight-460.jpg

it Really Is Genetic
People with one or two copies of the “fatso” gene (now more politely called FTO) weighed more too.
Some People Just Have More Fat Cells
Some people have twice as many fat cells as others have. Even if you’ve lost a few pounds (or gained some), your fat-cell count remains, holding tight to the fat already inside and forever thirsting to be filled up with more.
You Can Change Your Metabolism
As you gain more fat (even as little as 11 pounds), your metabolism slows down and it becomes harder to lose it.
Stress Fattens You Up
Stressful circumstances spark cravings for carbohydrate-rich snack foods, which in turn calm stress hormones. Stress hormones also ramp up fat storage. Today we take our stress sitting down – and the unused calories accumulate in our midsection.
Mom’s Pregnancy Sealed Your Fate
Sugary and fatty foods consumed even before you’re born affect the child. You can give your kids a head start by eating well before they’re born.
Sleep More, Lose More
With more sleep patients have a greater sense of fullness, and they’ll spontaneously lose weight. Patients should get less than seven to eight hours.
Your Spouse’s Weight Matters
Weight gain and loss can be, well, contagious. Researchers concluded that obesity seems to spread through social networks.
Achoo! A Virus Can Cause Obesity
Some cells transform into fat cells when infected with a viruses.
Cookies Really Are Addictive
Parts of the brain that get excited with food are the same parts activated in drug addicts.
Ear Infections Can Taint Your Taste Buds
People who tasted food less intensely than others seemed more likely to be fat. Those over 35 who had suffered several ear infections had almost double the chance of being obese.
Antioxidants Are Also Anti-Fat
Avoid the junk and load up on colorful, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables.
Pick a Diet, Any Diet
All diets agree to the 4 main things:
- Consume carbs in the form of whole grains and fiber.
- Avoid trans fats and saturated fats.
- Eat lean protein.
- Fill up on fruits and vegetables.
You Can Be Fat and Fit
Metabolically abnormal-making them more vulnerable to heart disease than their heavier counterparts. You need about 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity five days a week for health.

10 Habits You Must Quit To Be Happy

Found this on the internet while I was browsing around, something that would be very useful when you're feeling down. Give it a thought while reading this, it would give you a lot of strength to move on. Have a good day, everyone! :)

1. Quit procrastinating on your goals.
Some people dream of success while others wake up and work hard at it. Action and change are often resisted when they’re needed most. Get a hold of yourself and have discipline. Putting something off instantly makes it harder and scarier. What we don’t start today won’t be finished by tomorrow. And there’s nothing more stressful than the perpetual lingering of an unfinished task.
The secret to getting ahead is simply getting started. Starting, all by itself, is usually sufficient to build enough momentum to keep the ball rolling. So forget about the finish line and just concentrate on taking your first step. Say to yourself, “I choose to start this task with a small, imperfect step.” All those small steps will add up and you’ll actually get to see changes fairly quickly. ReadGetting Things Done.

2. Quit blaming others and making excuses.
Stop blaming others for what you have or don’t have, or for what you feel or don’t feel. When you blame others for what you’re going through, you deny responsibility and perpetuate the problem. Stop giving your power away and start taking responsibility for your life. Blaming is just another sorry excuse, and making excuses is the first step towards failure; you and only you are responsible for your life choices and decisions.

3. Quit trying to avoid change.
If nothing ever changed there would be no sunrise the next morning. Most of us are comfortable where we are even though the whole universe is constantly changing around us. Learning to accept this is vital to our happiness and general success. Because only when we change, do we grow, and begin to see a world we never knew was possible.

And don’t forget, however good or bad a situation is now, it will change. That’s the one thing you can count on. So embrace it, and realize that change happens for a reason. It won’t always be easy or obvious at first, but in the end it will be worth it.

4. Quit trying to control the uncontrollable.
If you try to control everything, and then worry about the things you can’t control, you are setting yourself up for a lifetime of frustration and misery.

Some forces are out of your control, but you can control how you react to things. Everyone’s life has positive and negative aspects – whether you’re happy or not depends greatly on which aspects you focus on. The best thing you can do is to let go of what you can’t control, and invest your energy in the things you can – like your attitude.

5. Quit talking down to yourself.
Nothing will bring you down quicker than berating yourself. The mind is a superb instrument if used right, but when used incorrectly, it becomes very destructive. Be aware of your mental self-talk. We all talk silently to ourselves in our heads, but we aren’t always conscious of what we’re saying or how it’s affecting us.

As Henry Ford once stated, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.” One of the major causes of why we fail is due to self-doubt and negative self-talk. The way to overcome negative thoughts and destructive emotions is to develop opposing, positive emotions that are stronger and more powerful. Listen to your self-talk and replace negative thoughts with positive ones, over time you will change the trajectory of your life.

6. Quit criticizing others.
The negativity you bleed out toward others will gradually cripple your own happiness. When you truly feel comfortable with your own imperfections, you won’t feel threatened or offended by the imperfections you see in other people.

So stop worrying about the flaws you see in everyone else, and focus on yourself. Let the constant growth and improvement in your own life keep you so busy that you have no time left to criticize others.

7. Quit running from your problems and fears.
Trust me, if everyone threw their problems in a pile for you to see, you would grab yours back. Tackle your problems and fears swiftly, don’t run away from them. The best solution is to face them head on no matter how powerful they may seem.

Fears, in particularly, stop you from taking chances and making decisions. They keep you confined to just the small space where you feel completely comfortable. But your life’s story is simply the culmination of many small, unique experiences, many of which require you to stretch your comfort zone. Letting your fears and worries control you is not ‘living,’ it’s merely existing.

Bottom line: Either you own your problems and fears, or they will ultimately own you.

8. Quit living in another time and place.
Some people spend their entire lives trying to live in another time and place. They lament about what has been, what they could have done, or what might become. However, the past is gone, and the future doesn’t exist. No matter how much time we spend thinking and lamenting about either, it doesn’t change anything.

One of life’s sharpest paradoxes is that our brightest future hinges on our ability to pay attention to what we’re doing right now, today.

We need to live more in the moment. Living in the moment requires active, open, intentional awareness on the present. Don’t fantasize about being on vacation while at work, and don’t worry about the work piling up on your desk when you’re on vacation. Live for now. Notice the beauty unfolding around you.

9. Quit trying to be someone you’re not.
One of the greatest challenges in life is being yourself in a world that’s trying to make you like everyone else. Someone will always be prettier, someone will always be smarter, someone will always be younger, but they will never be you. Don’t change so people will like you. Be yourself and the right people will love you, and you’ll love yourself more too.

10. Quit being ungrateful.
Not all the puzzle pieces of life will seem to fit together at first, but in time you’ll realize they do, perfectly. So thank the things that didn’t work out, because they just made room for the things that will. And thank the ones who walked away from you, because they just made room for the ones who won’t.

No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up each day thankful for your life. Someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs. Instead of thinking about what you’re missing, try thinking about what you have that everyone else is missing.

My brain is still filled with fresh taught bass thingy~ X_x

Just finished bass PI, in fact, I finished my class an hour ago. PI classes are normally only half an hour, but this lecturer of mine is really really really really nice that he try to make sure I understand most of the things, and my brain was like OMG I WANNA ABSORB MORE BUT I'M AFRAID IT'S TOO MUUUUCH!!! Okay calm down... caaaaaaalm doooooooown~~~~ .___.

I don't wanna forget anything that I've learned today from Bass PI classes so I think I will roughly note them down here~

REMINDER: Adjust the height of the strings to the fret board. It's easier for me to play when the string tension is lower. And if I don't, the muscles on my hand would develop strangely.  Well, I'd have to ask someone who knows how to do it, I'm kinda scared if I do it wrongly~ :O

So today, Frank was asking me to play 1 2, 1 3, and 1 4 back and forth the fret board. It was easy at first, but until I reach 1 4... seriously... MY FINGERS ARE SOOOOO SHOOOOORT that I have to streeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetch my index finger and my pinkyyyyyyy~ Actually, that's not REALLY hard, what's hard is that, when Frank wanted me to speed up and press the strings, the sound goes "beeeoooonggg"~ which is kinda UGLY! It's kind of a challenge because the tension is kinda high and hard to press at the first few frets. meh. .___.''

Then Frank taught me triads, that's what's supposed to be taught today. C Major triad, 1 3 5, one octave. And because I haven't remember all the chords on the fretboard, Frank was like "ehhhhhhhhh so noob one you!" = = And so he taught me the 1 and 7 finger position in one chord, and 1 5 7, for example, in G major, it's G D G. much more easier huh? daaaaaaamn I find myself so stupid by trying to remember all the chords on the fretboard... = =''' Frank was like "Good luck on that~" lolololol~ = =

Alright, just wanna write down what I've learned today. Half an hour more till my English class. *yaaaaaaaaaaawns~*

Dewa dewa~
