[瘦腿] 瘦腿宝典:全面三招 象腿速变玉腿法

对很多jms来说,一天可能会在办公室坐上8个小时甚至更多的时间,慢慢地会发现大腿越来越粗壮。其实只要认清你大腿的问题真正出在哪里,用一些简单的运动甚至改变坐姿等很多方法都可以达到阻止大腿变粗的效果……一起来看看吧!
(fox言:真的很有效哦,有段时间一直在做,腿形就变漂漂了,但是后来懒,就……)


招数1.根据不同问题制定不同运动方法

 1、头痛问题:肌肉转化为脂肪


  瘦腿方案:恢复运动习惯或练“美腿功”

  左:双脚一前一后站立,后脚跟抬起。然后弯曲双腿,但上身和脚跟保持垂直。双脚分开站立,然后弯曲膝盖,身体也跟着向前弯。



  右:臀部翘起,但背部必须保持挺直。双掌贴墙站立,双脚合拢。其中一腿往后抬高,设法让脚跟触碰到臀部。



  这套美腿功每个动作各做20到25下,隔一天做一次。几个星期后,这6个动作多做一遍,也就是说这6个动作做完后,休息60到90秒后,再做多一遍。如果有时间的话,一个星期可以做上四五次。


 2、运动不足造成的松弛
瘦腿方案:为了保持良好的臀部线条,每天都要进行针对性的运动。


  左:或者在同一位置,另一条腿向侧面伸直,直至与身体成90度角,试着在每一条腿上做3 组(每组10次)这种运动。


  右:伸展运动是大腿健美最有效的方法之一。两臂下垂,一腿膝下蹲,背部保持挺直,另一腿向后伸,直至与地面平行;



两套简单又实用的瘦腿动作

 第一套


  步骤一:两手各拿一个饮水瓶,两手臂自然下垂于身体两侧,两腿并拢,挺直背脊站立。


  步骤二:上身保持笔直,一面吐气一面慢慢地将左脚往前跨出一大步,重心移至左脚上,弯曲左膝蹲下来。注意右脚跟不可着地。接着一面吐气一面慢慢恢复原来的站立姿势。再将右脚向前跨出,重复上述动作。左右脚各重复10次。


  步骤三:以半蹲姿势维持数秒静止不动,再一面吐气一面恢复原来的站立姿势。两手各拿一个饮水瓶,两手臂下垂在身体两边,两腿并拢、挺直背脊站立。





  注意:此动作对紧缩大腿内侧肌肉很有效果,其重点在于身体重心的移动;当上身倾向于往前跨出的那一脚时,要将重心移至前面。注意跨出步伐勿过大,如果步伐太大,恢复原来姿势时容易失去平衡。

第二套

  步骤一:两脚张开与肩同宽,挺直背脊站立,两手各拿一个饮水瓶,举至两肩肩上,此时注意手腕不可弯曲。


  步骤二:一面吸气一面弯曲两边的股关节和膝盖,慢慢蹲下来,此时注意膝盖方向要和脚尖一致;蹲至大腿和地板呈平行时,再一面吐气一面慢慢恢复原来的站立姿势。重复10次。


  步骤三:双手、双膝贴地,采取匍匐姿势。缩下颚,慢慢抬高一脚,尽可能地举高,脚膝盖可以稍微弯曲,再慢慢放下。换脚做相同动作,两脚交互各做10次。




  注意:此动作可紧缩大腿前侧及臀部肌肉,重点在于蹲下时,注意臀部要往后突出,而且膝盖要朝着与脚尖同一方向弯曲。不必过于用力,避免带给膝盖负担,当大腿与地板平行时,即可停止往下蹲。

招数2.多吃美腿食物

平时多食用含钾量较多的水果,就能消除腿部浮肿和下半身肥胖。介绍几种含钾量高的水果,需要的人不妨试试。


  香蕉:卡路里有点高的香蕉,其实可以当正餐吃。它有特多的钾,脂肪与钠却低得很,符合美丽双腿的营养需求。



  苹果:它是另类水果。含钙量比一般水果丰富很多,有助于代谢掉体内多余盐分。苹果酸可代谢热量,防止下半身肥胖。水溶性纤维质、果胶,可解决便秘。















  西瓜:清凉的西瓜,拥有利尿元素基酸柠檬黄素,使盐顺利随尿排出,对膀胱炎、心脏病、肾脏病也具疗效。此外它的钾含量不少,不可小看它修饰双腿的能力。















招数3.利用身边点滴事物


地铁减腿法

  坐地铁的时间少则5分钟,多则半个钟头,就利用这个时间做运动吧。两只脚的脚踝交替按压8秒钟,每只脚各做3次。双腿先分开,双膝并合,用力互相压着8秒,重复做直至下车。


床上减腿法

  将枕头夹在小腿中间,坐在床边,大、小腿成90度角。缓缓抬起小腿,保持这个姿势3秒左右,然后放下,重复动作 10至15次。卧在床上,伸直双腿,一只脚板挪后,一只脚板伸直。轮流做20至30次,直至小腿感到疲乏。





办公室减腿法

  到影印机影印或FAX时,不妨先提起一只脚成90度角。然后用另一只脚的脚尖撑起全身,接着缓缓落下,每只脚做10次。




爬楼梯减腿法

  惯常逐级上楼梯的你,不妨大步一些,两级两级上,而且尽量将重量移向前腿。

I noticed that these days when we turn on the tv, the latest news about the earthquake in Si Chuan will pop up on to the screen infront of our face, again. It's not that I got annoyed with the news or whatnot, it's just... I mean... what about Myanmar? What about those victim suffering through the endless day and night in the water city? I barely heard or seen any news on tv. Isn't it just a little too sad? aight... *prays to God*

God once said, when it's time for us to go 'home' this time, he will send whatever disaster on to the earth to us. And I wonder if it's almost time now...

Bear me, I'm being quite an emo these days, no idea why but yeah. The feeling is like I'm back to the time when I was in form 2, don't like the feeling much, indeed. Maybe it's just time for me to adjust the way I see the world instead? Meh. I just hope things will go well out there, and also things around me.

Damn, don't like the current me.

fucking childish...

She never accepted the fact that she actually did a lot of mistakes, and put the blame on someone else instead, it's always been the same. Everytime when I tried to tell her in what way she should see the world, she just refused to listen. OH FUCK IT MAN, IF I NEVER TREATED YOU AS A FRIEND OF MINE I WOULDN'T WASTE MY FUCKING SALIVA ON SUCH A FUCKING CHILDISH PERSON LIKE YOU MAN!!!!!! Fuck your childish brain, you think you're the most pathetic person eh? Go to Africa, go to China and see what they're experiencing right now, even a 6 year old child underneath the rocks was better than you because he told the armies to save the others before they save him. I don't care if you would read this but yeah, screw it. Screw those who think they're so pathetic like fuck. She said she felt left out and wants to transfer to other class, oh right... To tell the truth, I felt that she's really nuisance somehow.

"Ask yourself if you ever joined us when we invite you everytime." I asked her.
"I never regretted not joining you all for the class party or anything." She replied.
"You'll regret one day." Seriously, I couldn't stand her anymore, fuck it.

Just a little rant, fuck it.
Oh and please don't misunderstand, this is not about anyone but a girl in my class. Seriously, don't make me let out a blow on your fucking face. = =
I'm trying hard to be friendly to you now...

Alright, enough about the ranting. Our class just had this small class debate just now before school dismissed. Topic of the debate was about 'Is it better to have more friends around?' MoMo, Jia Min, Ling Ling, Ling Hui was on the positive side meanwhile Danny, John, Fu How, and Ying Xi had to against it. It was really fun though~ XD Surprised that everyone did well and... and... and... LOL! The opposite side kept getting help from Sei Pei loL!!!! and that was quiet... kek dao~ it's as if she's on the battle rawrr~ XD anyways, I should blog again later. Gonna look for some information about my turn debate tomorrow. Wish me too luck~! XD

Oh yes, someone is having exam now until 12 June eh? Good luck ans study smart yeah foolish cat! XD Don't turn the name of CAT down! XD lalalalalalala~

懒MM的最爱 睡觉瘦身还减腰

Lol, found this randomly on the websites. Since it's a pretty hot topic for the girls nowadays, I decided to post it up to share this to people. It's in Chinese though, I'll try to translate it to English when I'm not that lazy. XP Look forward to it Girls!!!! XDDDDD

听说过睡觉也可以瘦身吗?好像很难以相信吧?这种瘦身法的原理在于睡眠会消耗能量,减少体内积存的卡路里,不过要想利用此法来瘦身,一开始要做的就是让自己成为睡觉都会瘦的体质。
  睡觉瘦身减腰小动作:
  越年轻的人,睡眠消耗的能量越大,减重效果就会比较明显,所以如果可能的话,每天睡前或者洗澡前后,固定使自己的活动量达到一定程度,接著好好的睡一觉,起床就会有瘦身效果。
  方法:
  1.先伸展双手向上,用力向上延伸,数20下再放下;
  2.接著用手掌用力拍打四肢肥肉50-100下;
  3.侧躺,让腿部缓慢伸直抬高(90度)再放下,一边各做20次;
  4.保持侧躺,脚朝右平放,胸部和头部尽量向左看,(身体好像扭毛巾一样)数20下;
  5.以相同的动作,换另外一边;
  PS:动作应尽量缓慢、柔和。听说这样既可苗条又能拥有小蛮腰,而且瘦得刚刚好。
