懒MM的最爱 睡觉瘦身还减腰

Lol, found this randomly on the websites. Since it's a pretty hot topic for the girls nowadays, I decided to post it up to share this to people. It's in Chinese though, I'll try to translate it to English when I'm not that lazy. XP Look forward to it Girls!!!! XDDDDD

听说过睡觉也可以瘦身吗?好像很难以相信吧?这种瘦身法的原理在于睡眠会消耗能量,减少体内积存的卡路里,不过要想利用此法来瘦身,一开始要做的就是让自己成为睡觉都会瘦的体质。
  睡觉瘦身减腰小动作:
  越年轻的人,睡眠消耗的能量越大,减重效果就会比较明显,所以如果可能的话,每天睡前或者洗澡前后,固定使自己的活动量达到一定程度,接著好好的睡一觉,起床就会有瘦身效果。
  方法:
  1.先伸展双手向上,用力向上延伸,数20下再放下;
  2.接著用手掌用力拍打四肢肥肉50-100下;
  3.侧躺,让腿部缓慢伸直抬高(90度)再放下,一边各做20次;
  4.保持侧躺,脚朝右平放,胸部和头部尽量向左看,(身体好像扭毛巾一样)数20下;
  5.以相同的动作,换另外一边;
  PS:动作应尽量缓慢、柔和。听说这样既可苗条又能拥有小蛮腰,而且瘦得刚刚好。
